This form allows you to register online as a temporary customer of our library. Your privileges will be limited to accessing our online databases and requesting item holds; these privileges will expire after 14 days. To receive your library card, please show your photo ID and proof of current address to a library employee. If you are under the age of 18 and a parent/legal guardian is not present in the library with you, please obtain a paper library card application from any library employee
