Search by keyword
Enter keywords for stuff you're interested in. The Famplosion system sorts the information in our listings according to an algorithm we've developed over the last couple years and returns a series of listings, either Venues or Events, that meet your keyword entries.

Search by location
We try to proactively pick up your location when you visit the site. However, if we get it wrong, or you'd like to check out a different city, you can change the location by clicking on the "change location" link located in the red banner at the top of the page or on the Refine your Results tool bar. Enter a city or Zip Code, and we'll return a list oriented to that reference point.

Search by date
Using the "when" search entry box on the red search ribbon, you can select a date or date range. Either type in a date or date description or click on the button to the right of the "when" search entry box. A Calendar pops up where you can click on a day or click a range to filter your search. Within the "when" search entry box, the following formats are supported:

Tomorrow
This weekend
Next week
Next month

Refine Your Results
Using the filters in the Refine your Results tool bar, you can zero in on listings that match your preference according to Category, Age Suitability, Price or Distance. Just select your preference, and the list dynamically sorts accordingly.
