A year-round urban oasis of beauty and tranquility, Texas Discovery Gardens is located at historic Fair Park in Dallas. Showcasing spectacular native and adapted plants, Texas Discovery Gardens is a delightful, refreshing destination for local residents and out-of-town visitors.

The first certified organic public garden in the state, Texas Discovery Gardens features ten different themed areas which include fountains, a butterfly habitat, an heirloom garden, a scent garden and a shade garden. At Texas Discovery Gardens, visitors can learn how to use native and adapted plants to provide vital habitat for butterflies, birds and other wildlife.
