Linden library presents: Wrap it up (Multi-media presentation becoming a Graphic designer/Illustrator) Well known African American children’s book illustrator Cathy Ann Johnson / Luv-it Studio will return to childhood inner-city neighborhood to deliver a multi-media presentation, and teen discussion about her life journey. Afternoon Session Multi-media presentation: (Becoming a Graphic Design/Illustrator) Graduate of Columbus College of Arts and Design, Cathy Ann Johnson owner and illustrator of Luv-it Studio will present a lecture on becoming a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. Personal Childhood stories along with professional experiences, samples from professional projects, and current proposals will be shared. Guest will leave with an understanding of the ups and downs of the world of Graphic Design. Discipline needed to survive in the industry, and industry dialog. A handout of Luv-it Studio recommended art institutions. A list of agencies and publishing companies, along with Website recommendations to get students started.###
