The Exploratorium is San Francisco's museum of science, art, and human perception. It opens on April 17, 2013 at its new home on Pier 15 on the Embarcadero, where visitors of all ages can explore hundreds of hands-on exhibits designed to spark curiosity and encourage playful discovery. The Exploratorium is a pioneer in the field of interactive exhibits, with over 600 on the floor at a time, all of them made in-house.
