Arlington Park will race 98 days in 2009, opening Friday, May 1 and racing through Sunday, Sept. 27. Racing will be 4 days a week (Thursday-Sunday) from May 1 through June 30 and from Aug. 30 through Sept. 27; and 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday) from July 1 through Aug. 29. There will also be live racing on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day) and Monday, Sept. 7 (Labor Day).
