Founded in Oakland, California, in 1989, MOCHA develops and leads hands-on arts learning experiences for children and their families. MOCHA also provides professional development on arts learning for educators, parents and youth development professionals. Programs at MOCHA’s Old Oakland studios and gallery include daily drop-in-art (with special activities for preschool-age children), field trips, art camps, family workshop, and exhibits.
