Swordplay Fencing Studio, located in Burbank and Granada Hills, CA has been in operation since 1992. Owner and SwordMaster Tim Weske has established a successful and unique training facility offering a variety of training in Olympic-Style Fencing (Foil, Epee & Sabre) & Stage Combat for film and television. Many of Swordplay's fencers continue to be a driving force in the competition circuit under the USFA (United States Fencing Association). In addition, Mr. Weske has proven to be a mainstay in Hollywood through his work as SwordMaster in the film & television industry.
Swordplay is Southern California’s leader of authentic swordplay character parties for young and old alike. With over seventeen years of experience, we’re experts at bringing imaginations to life! Our expert staff of professional actors are highly skilled in the art of improvisation and fully trained in their fight choreography by sword master and Swordplay owner Maestro Tim Weske. With superb movie quality costumes, our characters will have your guests transported to another time and place.
